When I was in eight years young, I had these large pimples around all my face, and I was really heartbroken until then, I didn’t bother about having a clear skin. But seeing those large pimples made me feel very uncomfortable and unsecure. So that’s how I started to care for my skin.
I started with washing my face thrice a day. Then I started drinking water, about two liters per day. I tried to eat less junk food and I started getting myself involved in physical activities so that I could have a wonderful sweat coming out from my face.
The results were amazing, and I am now pimple free ever since then.
As I gradually grew up, my skincare routine too went up and up.
- Every morning when I wake up, I have a glass of warm lemon water on an empty stomach. It helps me flush out all the toxins residing in my body, which in turn provides me with a clear skin.
- Every day, I make sure I sweat so much by exercising or simply dancing to some good beats. It really does bring glow to your face. Sweat it out !
- Never skip a breakfast. A big no.
- I prefer less oily food.
- I’ve not touched white sugar for a very long time.
- I drink three liters of water every day.
- I’m addicted to green tea.
- I steam my face twice a week.
- Every alternate days, I massage my face with aloe vera ice cubes to shrink my pores.
- Believe me when I say that I don’t apply makeup at all.
- Before sleeping, I cleanse my face and apply aloe Vera gel.
- I use natural face pack
- I can go on and on.
I also notice that when I’m extremely happy, I get this natural glow on my face. So staying positive and happy also contributes glow on your face.
